Try Canoeing, 7th March, Delamont Country Park

Paddle around the islands in Strangford Lough, learn some paddle strokes and perhaps see a seal. Run in association with Down District Council. Sessions at 1pm and 3pm. Adults £12, Children £10 (must be accompanied)

Mother's Day, 14th March, Castle Espie Wetlands Centre

Mournes Guided Walk, 21st March

Spend a day in the hills with an experienced instructor. Learn some of the things you should know when heading for a day in the hills, find out more about the history of the Mournes, and enjoy some gentle exercise whilst admiring the views. Adults £25, Children £15, Family (2+2) £70

With lots of activities on offer, you can sample a couple or try them all. 11am - 5pm, £6 for 2 activities, £12 for 5 activities. Pay on the day. Spaces are limited. Run in association with Down District Council.

You chose the activities! You can try any one, or have a go at 3 or more to earn a discount. Sessions at 10.30am, 1pm and 3pm. Adults £12, Children £10. Book 3 different activities for £30 per adult, £25 per child. Children must be accompanied.

Train To Climb, 18 April, The Quarry, Castlewellan

If you would like to find out what rock climbing is all about, come and learn some of the basic techniques in this 3 hour session. 1pm. Adults £25, Children £15 (must be accompanied)

Coasteering, 25 April, Ballyhornan, Downpatrick

Experience the wildness of this impressive coastline, swimming through surging waves and jumping off rugged rocky outcrops into the Irish Sea. Adults only £25.
